Microsoft has been tight-lipped about the release date of their upcoming Xbox One game, Hat in Time. However, some sources have stated that the game is set to release in early 2019. This would make it likely that Hat in Time will be released on Xbox One before the end of 2018. If this is true, then Microsoft has something else up their sleeves as they have been known to delay games often. It’s possible that Hat in Time is just a placeholder title for an upcoming game and that it won’t actually release until later in 2019. However, if this is true, then Microsoft has shown they are not afraid to push the envelope and take risks with their games. It’s also worth noting that Microsoft has not released any new information about Hat in Time since its announcement at E3 2018.
