Android users have long been able to add album art to their music, but the process has always been a bit of a pain. With the release of Android Nougat, however, things have gotten a little easier. To add album art to your music on Android Nougat or later, open the Music app and tap on the three lines in the top left corner. From here, you’ll see all of your songs and albums. Tap on an album to see its contents. To add artwork to a song or album, first make sure that it’s stored locally on your device (not in Google Play Music or another cloud service). Then open the “Artwork” tab (it might be hidden under other tabs) and select an image from your gallery or photo library. To crop or adjust the image, use the buttons at the bottom of the screen. When you’re done editing, tap “OK” to save your changes and return to the main Music screen. Your new artwork will now appear next to each song in your album list! ..
