If your Dooney and Bourke purse is looking a little grubby, there’s no need to panic. Here are four easy steps to help you clean it up in no time.

  1. Start by removing all of the contents of the purse, if possible. This includes any coins, cards, receipts, or other small items.
  2. If there are any dirty or stained areas on the inside of the purse, start by wetting a cloth and wiping down the area. Be sure to use gentle pressure and avoid scrubbing too hard; you don’t want to damage the fabric.
  3. If necessary, use a cleaner such as 409 or rubbing alcohol to clean tougher stains. Be careful not to get any of the cleaner on the fabric itself; just apply it to the cloth and then wipe away.
  4. Finally, dry off the purse thoroughly before putting everything back in place. You can either hang it up or store it in a bag until next time ..
