If your Dooney and Bourke purse is looking a little grubby, there’s no need to panic. Here are four easy steps to help you clean it up in no time.
- Start by removing all of the contents of the purse, if possible. This includes any coins, cards, receipts, or other small items.
- If there are any dirty or stained areas on the inside of the purse, start by wetting a cloth and wiping down the area. Be sure to use gentle pressure and avoid scrubbing too hard; you don’t want to damage the fabric.
- If necessary, use a cleaner such as 409 or rubbing alcohol to clean tougher stains. Be careful not to get any of the cleaner on the fabric itself; just apply it to the cloth and then wipe away.
- Finally, dry off the purse thoroughly before putting everything back in place. You can either hang it up or store it in a bag until next time ..
