There are a few things you can do to clean a fuel storage tank. The first is to remove all of the fuel from the tank. This can be done by filling a large pot with water and pouring it over the top of the tank. Then, use a plunger to push all of the fuel out of the way. Next, use a vacuum cleaner to suck all of the dirt and debris out of the tank. Finally, use a bucket and some water to clean everything inside and outside of the tank.
