There are a few ways to clean a narrow neck bottle. One way is to pour a pot of boiling water onto the bottle and then use a plunger to suction onto the top of the bottle and pull. The boiling water will break down any bacteria that may be present. Another way is to put the bottle in the dishwasher on high speed with the water running.
