The nebulizer filter is a delicate part of your asthma care. If it is not cleaned regularly, it can become dirty and cause problems for your asthma. To clean the nebulizer filter, you will need: -A plunger -Water -A cloth or paper towel -A vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment (optional)
- Pour some water into a bowl and place the plunger over the top. Push and pull the plunger until all of the water has been drained from the bowl. Be sure to empty all of the water before putting the cloth or paper towel in front of the nebulizer filter.
- Place the nebulizer filter in front of a cold stream of water so that it can start to flow through it. The suction on the vacuum cleaner will help to clean everything inside of the nebulizer filter quickly and easily.
- Once everything is clean, put everything back in its place and turn on your asthma care device!
