If you have allbirds, it’s important to clean their insoles regularly. This will help keep their feet healthy and free of bacteria. To clean allbirds insoles:

  1. Pour a pot of boiling water onto the floor of your bird feeder or water dish. Fill a bowl with fresh water and set it next to the pot.
  2. Place the bird insoles in the boiling water for two minutes, or until they are softened. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them in the fresh water bowl.
  3. Let them cool for a few minutes before cleaning them with a mild soap and warm water. Be sure to dry them off completely before putting them back into the bird feeder or water dish.
