There are a few ways to clean blood off of floor in Project Zomboid. One way is to use a vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment to suck the blood up into the vacuum cleaner. Another way is to use a bucket and pour water onto the floor and then use a plunger to suction onto the blood and pull it up.
