If you’re ever going to have to clean fuel injectors, it’s a good idea to do it in stages. First, remove the old injectors and clean them as best you can. Then, replace the injectors and clean them again. Finally, reattach the fuel pump and let it run for a few minutes so that all of the new injectors are fully seated.
