There are a few things you can do to clean your menstrual cup in public bathrooms. First, make sure that the bathroom is empty and wait for someone to come out. Then, use a plunger to suction onto the top of the cup and push and pull until all of the menstrual blood has been removed. Finally, use a paper towel to dry off the cup.
