There are a few things you can do to clean Yorkie eyes if they are getting a little dirty. First, use a mild soap and water to clean the inside of the eyes. Second, use a soft cloth to dry the eyes. Finally, use an eye dropper to apply a small amount of ointment to the inside of the eyes and wait for it to dry.
