Neon text effects are a popular way to add a bit of excitement and energy to your images. They can be used for a variety of purposes, such as adding an element of surprise or adding a touch of neon fun. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to create neon text effects in Photoshop using some simple techniques. To start, open up your image in Photoshop and create a new layer by clicking on the New Layer button (or pressing Ctrl+N). Select the Text Tool (T) and enter some text into the layer. For this example, we’ll use the word “Neon.” Next, we want to add some neon colors to our text. To do this, select the Neon color from the palette and click on the color swatch next to it. This will open up the Color Picker window, where you can choose any other neon colors that you want to use. Once you’ve selected all of your desired colors, click on OK to close the Color Picker window. Now, simply drag each color over top of your text layer one at a time until you have achieved the desired effect. Be sure not to overdo it – too much neon coloring can look tacky and amateurish! Finally, we want to add some basic shadows and highlights to our text layer so that it looks more realistic. To do this, select the Shadow tool (SH) and click on the bottom-left corner of your text layer so that it becomes highlighted. Then drag down until your shadow appears below your text layers content. Finally, select the Highlight tool (H) and click on top-right corner of your text layer so that it becomes highlighted again. Drag down until your highlight appears above your text layers content. Your finished Neon Text Effects tutorial should now look something like this: ..
