If you’re like most kids, you love cutting things with a dremel. And if you’re like most parents, you probably want to keep your child safe while they do it. Here’s how to cut a pinewood derby car with a dremel:

  1. Start by cutting off the end of the car that will be facing the track. This should be about 2 inches from the end of the car.
  2. Cut a hole in the end of the car so that it can fit over the track’s spindle. The hole should be about 1 inch wide and 1 inch deep.
  3. Fit the car over the spindle and make sure that it is centered on the track. Then use a drill bit to drill a hole through both pieces of wood so that they are connected by screws (or nails). Make sure that these screws or nails are long enough so that they don’t come out when you start spinning the car around on the track!
  4. Now it’s time to start spinning! Hold onto one side of the car and spin it around on the track while holding onto another side of it with your other hand. If everything goes according to plan, eventually one side of the car will come loose from its mount and will fall off! ..
