If you’re like most photographers, you probably spend a lot of time in Lightroom working on your images. But what if you want to add a little extra clarity and definition to your photos? Dehazing can help! Dehazing is a technique used to remove the grainy, pixelated appearance from an image. It’s often used in landscape and architectural photography, where the subject matter can be quite detailed and textured. There are a few different ways to dehaze in Lightroom 5. The first is to use the Dehaze slider. This allows you to control the amount of haze that’s removed from your image. You can also use the Haze Removal tool (found under Filter > Haze > Haze Removal) which is more automated and takes less time than using the slider. The final option is to use the Detail panel (found under Panel > Detail). This allows you to adjust various settings related to detail such as Sharpening, Noise Reduction, and Grain Reduction. By adjusting these settings, you can achieve a similar effect as dehazing with the slider or removal tool, but with more control over how much haze is removed. ..
