If you want to delete read-only contacts from your Android device, there are a few different ways to go about it. The first option is to open the Contacts app and select the contact you want to delete. Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the contact card and select “Edit Details” from the menu that appears. In the “Edit Details” screen, tap on the “Delete this Contact” button.
