If you’re like most people, you probably have a lot of layers in Illustrator. But if you’re like me, you might not know how to delete them all. In this article, I’m going to show you how to delete unused layers in Illustrator. First, open Illustrator and click on the layer thumbnail in the left-hand panel. Then select the Delete key on the keyboard and press Delete. You’ll see a message telling you that the layer has been deleted. Now open another window and paste in a new image. If you don’t have a new image open, go ahead and use one of your existing images as a starting point. Once everything is set up, click on the OK button to close both windows and Illustrator will start deleting layers automatically.
