In Illustrator, you can dock panels to the left or right of the canvas. This allows you to place them in different positions on the canvas, and makes it easy to create complex designs. To dock a panel, select it and click the Dock button on the toolbar. The panel will dock at the bottom of the canvas. To move it, drag it up or down or left or right.
