  1. On the home screen of your Xbox One, select “Profile.”
  2. Select a profile to view its information. You can also view the profiles of your friends by selecting “Friends” from the same menu.
  3. To download a profile, select “Download Profile.” You’ll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account if you haven’t already done so. If you have multiple accounts on Xbox One, you’ll be able to choose which account to download the profile from.
