Second, make sure that your Sim has themiscarriage trait. Finally, make sure that you have enough money to pay for the procedure. Once all of these things are in place, simply go into the Options menu and select “Miscarriage” from the Miscarriage drop-down list. You’ll then be able to choose how often and how long you want your Miscarriage to last. If you want it to last forever (like many players do), then set the timer to 10 minutes and hit “OK” when finished. If you only want it to last for a few days or weeks, then set the timer to 1 hour and hit “OK” when finished.
