But what if you want to apply a filter to a photo in Camera Raw? There’s no easy way to do this in Photoshop, but there is a workaround. You can import the filter into Photoshop as a layer and then edit it as you would any other layer. Here’s how:

  1. Open the photo that you want to apply the filter to in Camera Raw.
  2. Click on the Filter menu and select Import Filter from File…
