If you’re ever stuck in a car on an incline, there’s one sure way to get out of the predicament: jack up the car. This is especially true if the incline is steep enough that you can’t see a way out. To do this, first remove any obstructions from the path of travel, such as rocks or trees. Then use a jack to lift the car up until it’s level with the ground. Be sure to keep an eye on the car’s weight and make sure it doesn’t move too much; if it does, use another jack to hold it in place while you fix the problem.
