If they say no, then you can’t join their tribe. The next way is to find an animal carcass and place it in a designated spot. Then, all the other players in your game will start following you around and will start giving you rewards for being part of their tribe. Finally, you can talk to the leader of your tribe and ask him if he wants you in his tribe.
