There are a few ways to open CSV files in an Android phone. The easiest way is to use the File Manager. To open the File Manager, go to the Menu and select “File Manager.” From the File Manager, you can select “Open with…” and choose “CSV.” If you don’t have a CSV file, you can also open it with a text editor by going to the Menu and selecting “Edit” and choosing “Open with…”.
