If you’ve ever lost a photo because you couldn’t find it in your library or on your hard drive, you’re not alone. Relinking a lost image is one of the most common tasks photographers face. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to relink an image in Lightroom CC. First, open the photo you want to relink in the library. Then, click on the “Relink” button (it looks like a three-headed arrow). The “Relink” dialog box will open. In this dialog box, you’ll need to provide some information about the original photo: its filename, location on your hard drive, and so on. You can also choose which version of the photo you want to link to (the original or a copy). After providing all the necessary information, click on the “Link” button. The “Linked Photo Report” window will open and show you information about the link: its status (active or inactive), file size, and so on. If everything goes according to plan, your original photo should now be visible in Lightroom’s Library module and linked to the copy you specified in the “Relink” dialog box. ..
