Android users have long been frustrated with the way their devices track their location. Lookout, a mobile app that promises to give users more control over their privacy, has been one of the most popular apps on Android for years. But recently, Google announced that it would be removing Lookout from the Play Store starting in March 2019. Google says that it is making this change because Lookout does not comply with its new privacy policy. The policy requires all apps to get user consent before collecting any data about them. Lookout does not currently do this, which means that it is collecting data about users without their consent. Users who want to remove Lookout from their devices can do so by following these steps:
- Open the Play Store on your Android device and search for “Lookout”
- Tap on the first result that appears and tap on “Install”
- When the installation process begins, tap on “Agree to the terms of service” and then tap on “Install” again
- After installation is complete, open up the app and tap on “Settings” in the top left corner of the screen ..
