If your Kitchenaid dishwasher is flashing the clean light and not cleaning your dishes, there is a quick and easy way to reset it.

  1. Open the dishwasher door.
  2. Look for the “clean” light on the front of the dishwasher. If it is flashing, press and hold down the “clean” button until it goes out (about 10 seconds).
  3. Close the dishwasher door and wait two minutes. The clean light should now be off. If it is still flashing, press and hold down the “clean” button for another 10 seconds until it goes out, then try to start your dishwasher again. ..
