If it’s not a vector graphic (a type of image that uses mathematical formulas to create its shape), you’ll need to convert it into a vector format before sharpening. To do this, open the file in Illustrator and select Edit > Convert To Vector File. Now that your image is in a vector format, it’s time to sharpen it.
