If you’re ever going to have to side car a crib, it’s a good idea to do it in a way that’s safe and easy. Here are some tips:

  1. Choose the right side of the crib. The front or back of the crib is usually the side that people are most likely to be on when they’re trying to get in and out of the crib. This is where you’ll want to place your body so that you’re not in danger of getting stuck between the bars or getting pulled out by the cord.
  2. Use caution when moving the crib around. Make sure not to move it too much or you could cause it to tip over and fall into the baby’s room or bed.
  3. Keep your hands away from the bars at all times while trying to move the crib around. If you touch one of the bars, you could get hurt!
