If your car doesn’t have heat, it will be much harder to stay warm if you start to feel hungry or thirsty. Second, try to find a comfortable position in your car. If you can curl up in a ball or sit with your back against the door, that will help keep you warm. And finally, if possible, try to get out of the car and walk around for a bit when it starts to get cold outside.
