When you take a picture from a video on your Android phone, the camera app will ask for your permission to take the picture. If you don’t give it, the camera app will not take any pictures and you’ll have to start the video again. To take a picture from a video on your Android phone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the camera app and tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up a menu with all of your current photos and videos.
  2. Scroll down to where you see “Take Picture” and tap on it. The camera app will ask for your permission to take the picture. If you don’t give it, it will not take any pictures and you’ll have to start the video again.
  3. Once you’ve given permission, hit “Take Picture.” The camera app will start taking pictures automatically and once it’s done, hit “End Camera.”
