With the release of Adobe’s Lightroom Classic CC, many photographers are wondering if the software is now cloud-based. While it is true that the software can be accessed and used from a number of devices and platforms, it is not actually cloud-based. In fact, Adobe has made it clear that Lightroom Classic CC is not a subscription service and will not be updated or supported through Adobe’s Creative Cloud platform.
