I’ve been having this issue for a while now. My Xbox One will turn on, but then it’ll go into a screen that says “This Xbox One is not working.” I’ve tried changing the power cord, checking the battery, and cleaning the console. Nothing seems to be causing this issue. Can anyone help me?
