Illustrator users have been asking this question for years. Adobe has finally released a free Transform tool as part of the new Creative Cloud update. The Transform tool is located in the Illustrator toolbar, under the Pen and Path tools. The Transform tool lets you rotate, scale, and move objects around in your illustration. You can also use it to create perspective effects by moving objects up or down a plane or by rotating them around a center point.
