Xbox One has been known to turn off randomly for no reason in the past, but now there seems to be a more consistent issue. Sometimes, the console will just turn off completely without warning. This has happened on both my Xbox One and my wife’s Xbox One, and it seems to happen more often when we’re using different games or applications. We’ve tried changing the power cord, checking the battery levels, and even unplugging our Xbox One for a few minutes but nothing seems to work. We’re not the only ones with this issue; other users have had the same problem with their Xbox Ones as well. Microsoft has yet to provide a solution for this problem, and we’re starting to feel like we’re being left out in the cold. We hope that someone can help us out and fix this issue before it becomes a bigger problem.
